The Challenge
A residential property in the Midlands was experiencing a failing flat roof. The existing roof had reached the end of its life, causing water leaks and concerns about the building’s structural integrity.
The Delivery
Led by Troy and Tim, the FRR Midlands team stripped back the failed material to the rafters and installed a high-performance Fibreglass (GRP) flat roof. Unlike traditional felt, GRP creates a completely seamless, cold-applied, and waterproof membrane that is virtually indestructible.
